Welcome to Senior Computer Services International (“SCS International”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, platforms, portals, services, or products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. SCS International reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Scope of Services

SCS International provides IT training, computer services, software solutions, consulting, online marketplaces, and related offerings. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration & User Accounts

Certain Services may require registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;

  • Keep your account credentials secure;

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Interfere with the Services or other users;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems;

  • Use the Services to transmit viruses or malicious content;

  • Engage in fraud or misuse of payment methods.

5.2 Billing & Client Portals

5.3 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are available within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the Service has not been fully utilized.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@scsinternational.org.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5.4 Payment Security

  • All payments are processed using secure, encrypted systems.

  • SCS International does not store sensitive payment credentials beyond what is necessary for processing.

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent payments are strictly prohibited.

5.5 Late Payments & Collections

  • Late payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.

  • Persistent non-payment may trigger collection actions or legal proceedings.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property provided through our Services are owned by SCS International or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Data Protection & Privacy Notice, in compliance with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SCS International is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Service, if any.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Termination

SCS International may suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time, with or without cause. Provisions that naturally survive termination, such as liability and intellectual property, will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.

12. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
